Robert Hempel, chemical technician at the Vinnolit site in Burghausen, has completed his master´s course as qualified foreman for chemistry as the best in his class. Now he has been awarded the “Masters Award of the Bavarian State Government” by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK).

Vinnolit employee Robert Hempel has completed the 2.5-year training course for qualified foreman for chemistry at the Inn-Salzach Academy of Education in Gendorf as a part-time student and has graduated as the best in his class. In February 2018, he was invited by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) to Munich for the Bavarian State Government’s Masters Award. This award is given by the IHK to particularly successful participants who rank among the 20 percent best examiners. Minister of State Ilse Aigner presented the Masters Award certificates. The award is intended to underline the attractiveness of vocational training and the importance of professional development.

Vinnolit supported Hempel’s participation in the program by providing him a leave of absence and covering the costs. “Well-trained employees are the core of our company and it is important for us to invest in the further training of promising talents,” says Dr. Karl-Martin Schellerer, Managing Director of Vinnolit. “Congratulations to Robert Hempel on this outstanding achievement!”
