We offer the trainee program as a starting point for the following areas:

We welcome applications from graduates in chemistry, chemical engineering, engineering science, mechatronics, process technology, information technology, energy technology and electrical technology, chemistry and business studies and business engineering.

Everything you need to know at a glance:

Our two-year training program takes you to at least three stations at a minimum of two different sites of our company. In doing so, you will cover various key areas: Production, supply chain and technology. You will be involved in decision-making from the outset here. Supported by experienced colleagues, you will take over direct responsibility for various tasks with plenty of scope to develop.

The trainee program is subdivided into three parts:

Orientation phase (first few days)

Qualification phase (approx. 18 months)

Specialization phase (approx. six months)

Following on from the trainee program, you will be able to take on a responsible position.

All new trainees spend their first working day together in Gendorf or Burghausen. There you get to know our sites in the south and the same applies later to our headquarters in Ismaning, where you are given plenty of basic information about our company structure, internal processes and the way the next two years will run.

From the third week, our trainees immerse themselves in the practical side of things: You become a member of the team at a minimum of three “training stations” for five to six months. You work closely with colleagues and managers on a variety of tasks and contribute your own ideas and experience.

You spend the final station of your trainee program at the place where you will work subsequently. Where that will be depends on your personal situation and the area you have enjoyed working in the most. This specialization phase will take approx. six months.

Throughout your period as a trainee, you have your personal mentor at your side, who is not only available to answer your questions but also invites you to a regular “feed forward” meeting. Here you discuss your current situation and future development together.

You have come to the right place…

…if you have a degree in one of the following subject areas: chemistry, chemical engineering, engineering science, mechatronics, process technology, information technology, energy technology, electrical technology, chemistry and business studies or business engineering.

…if you want to contribute your strengths and knowledge, enjoy taking responsibility and want to achieve your goals with us.

…if you are interested in continuous development of a complex product in a team with a high degree of specialization.

…if you are interested in developing your methodological and social skills to take on a management role.

…if you have a very good command of German and English.
